PM800-m2 BIOS flash now dead?

did flash to spec .restarted and now no moniter no bott everything else is fine all fans drives ect.....

You probably need to recover you BIOS. Go to your mobo's website and look for a recovery BIOS, or a OS-independent BIOS. Then just follow their instructions.

I went to the site but they stated that you have to type in your flash type but with no screen how can i any suggestions?

Do you get a POST beep but no video? If so, Asus offers a flash method that all you have to do is insert a floppy and hit a key combination (maybe Alt-F2, but I wouldn't swear to it) during POST to flash the BIOS. Check the manual for more info.
