I would just go thru each menu in the bios, until you see something like that. Now, the selection you want to change could say alot of different things, but the numbers it should have look like this:

200,166,133,100
or
400,333,266,200
or
1:1, 5:4, 3:2, 2:1

You want to set it to the 2nd selection or 166 - 333 - 5:4 (should look like one of these)
Hahaha, my Asus doesn't have anything for rram except voltage. When you get on bios though when it first pops up and lists everything it says dram 266 mhz. Meh AHHHHHHHH!!!

I'd change your memclock to 200, and what other choices are there for the memclock mode?

You don't have ECC ram either, so disable that (first pic link)

memclock at 200 (this should be like a 1:1 RAM:CPU config)

ECC disable, as you do not have error checking ram.

I'd comment on the rest, but I am still learning.

While 1T is desirable, 2T is more stable during overclocking. Try both, see which one works best

well, 1T should be just fine up to 250mhz. Thats his default speed of his memory. I would try 1T first, but you gotta get a grasp on those settings also..I would show screenshots of your cpu screen also.
