Try lowering read preamble to 5.0 ns and keep the async latency where it is.

enable bank interleave and set to 4-bank if possible.

set burst length at 8, it decreases the amount of latency
eg. where it takes a certain amount of time to get started say 4

B.L. 4 -- 4-1-1-1 4-1-1-1 = 14 cycles

B.L. 8 -- 4-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 = 11 cycles and better performance

And as the other guy said, set the command rate to 1t

Try to set your DDR voltage to something other than Auto..that's your memory voltage...should be 2.7-2.8.
In all those screens I didn't see a HTT multiplier. You gotta find that, this could be the problem....if you are running 250 fsb, you want your HTT multi to be 3 or 4, whichever boots..
Your memclock value should be 200 also, your memory should do 250 mhz by default..

The memory you show is PC4000. Is this really the Default speed of your memory? or is it pc3200 DDR400?
If your memory isn't booting at the default speed, then you have a problem right there. There's no reason your system shouldn't boot 250 1:1, all default volts also. Probably your motherboard, try another one if you can..
