1) Better GPU like a GTX 275 / 5850 / 5770 / used GTX 280

To change VGA go for a 5850 or just get another 8800 and Sli them if you choose to SLI you still have some cash for a decent CPU Cooler like D14 or TR 120Extreme/Venomous X and a good fan and OC that CPU to 4 or 4.2GHz easy
