So I just take that doc and manually enter the names into the friends thing in the game?

I found the server thing by the way. Takes forever to load all of them.

yeah they need to fix it. I still havent found where everyone sees the ping of the server.

The far right column named "Lat" which is an appreciation of Latency aka Ping. Servers under 50 will be your best bet.

Playing today, I saw myself get killed by someone with an [OCN] clan tag. Immediately wondered if that was here and sure enough it is. It may have been Speedman that killed me .

What do you mean? For the record there already is voice chat you just need to keybind it differently.
