Powercolor announced a new HD5670 graphics card with a custom cooler and a marginal overclock. The card comes also with 512MB of GDDR5 memory and Eyefinity support.

The PCS+ HD5670 is clocked at 785MHz on the core, a 10MHz overclock, and the standard 1000MHz GDDR5 memory, but the main feature of the card is it's cooling. The card is cooled by a heatsink with a very quiet 92mm fan keeping noise below 30dB.

The card also comes with a HDMI output making it a good card for a HTPC with it's low noise production. Eyefinity support is there as well, since it's a 5-series card. And since it's a 5670, it doesn't need any external power. The card will be available in February with a MSRP of 90 euros.

I'm waiting for a passive 5670 to be honest. Come on Powercolor!

I know there's that 5750 (and 5770?) that is passive, but I think these lower end cards would be perfect for a HTPC. Come on 5450 and the 5500 family!

Same, a fanless 5670 will be perfect for silent gaming rigs
