Not sure running 3.0 no problem so far.

I was thinking to go 4200+ Dual Core or FX-53 just not sure its totally worth the upgrade....

I don't want to push the 3500+ too much as I have no extra cooling

well, winchesters aren't horrible at oc'n, so I guess we could try for 2.6. I wouldn't touch your voltages anymore if they are over 55c load. Seems you will be getting a new cpu soon, so loading around 50-55c isn't that terrible..
let's go for 2.6 1:1

260 x 10
Vcore 1.55-1.6
HTT x 3
DDR volt 2.7-2.8

That should be good, run some prime95 or another stress program to monitor your maximum temps...if it's breaking 55c, lower volts/OC

i have OCZ memory as well and it really doesn't like anything higher than 2.9v. with my setup, it's actually more stable at 2.85 than 2.9 at the same speed, so do turn that voltage down a bit.

Cool thanks...

What about the PCI Express settings leave at 100?

And....

PCI to CPU, Auto or 33.33

Thanks again...
