This is what I'd like to have: http://www.klipsch.com/rf-7-ii-home-theater-system

I have the original Reference series from about 12 years ago. http://www.klipsch.com/rf-7-floorstanding-speaker/details#description

The RF-7 II's taunt me every time i visit the home theatre section of my electronics store. Those thing seriously sound better than anything i've heard before (within reason anyway, they demoed a pair of JBL DD66000's once, talk about eargasm drool.gif )

Realistically though, i could probably only afford RF-82's. $1500 a tower for the rf7's would be hard to sneak passed the SO rolleyes.gif

Ya, I really like mine. I'd like to hear these http://www.klipsch.com/palladium-p-39f-home-theater-system/details

Of course, 32k for speakers would be the end of me tongue.gif

Just got a 1982 Harman Kardon HK350i in a trade recently. Pretty nice receiver, well made, looks nice, everything on mine is in working order. Only issue is some minor dc offset after it warms up, only about 42mv, so nothing bad, or even likely audible for that matter.

Here's a pic of it on my desk.

On the same channel? Any reason for doing this besides decreasing wire resistance?

nice.... do you have the preamp to go with it?

i own a Yamaha C-60 i paid $20 for I'm looking to add a big yammy poweramp for it in future...

atm my audio pride and joy is a Onkyo Integra stack (got the WHOLE Freaking stack for $20) (M5030, P3030, EQ35, T4087) (also in the bottom of the box was a broken sony cd player sold for parts (paid for the rest) and a A/T/U/S ATR40 microphone I use frequently (worth at least $20 really)

anyways the M5030 is Dual Mono 100WPC @ 8ohms...

pic.

but that yammy amp you just got is awesome love those things.

No. I don't use a preamp. Directly from a DAC to the amp.
