I'll get some pics up tomorrow of what I have right now (half finished gamma 2, Woo Audio 3, D5000's and modded HD555's).

This needs to stop. The right driver in my DT 990's just stopped working, so I am returning them to Amazon for a refund. I impulsively just bought some HD600's because I thought they were basically the opposite of D5000's and I always liked my HD555's.

*Now I'm thinking maybe I should have skipped the HD600's and just splurged on the D7000's...

U up'd to the D5ks, nice.

You know what to do, time to mod that and upgrade the wood.

Exactly. I don't think I've even spent an hour with the D5000's although the 2's and 7's have gotten a ton of headtime from me. I know the 5's get some love, but really go for the 2's or step up all the way to the 7's.

I'm not having a parade. I used to have the D2000's and I want the D7000s.

Isn't it only the wood cups and an upgraded cable that separate the D2000 and the D5000?

Well, I bought them from amazon. They have a 30 day return policy, so if I can save up a little more, my plan is to get the D7000 anyways.

My only concern with the d7000's is the bass (been listening to dubstep recently). I know it is just as strong as the D5000, but tightened up. However, since some people on this forum have had both the D2000 and the D7000, I was curious about you opinions on how the bass differs. Thanks.

I got myself new furniture. This looks so unbelievably sexy and retro. I wanna do an unboxing review once i receive it.
