The 16.4.2 is used for multitracking the lead vocals (LS9 cannot multitrack without an add in I/O Card).

I love the LS9, it's a very stable powerful console but I don't like the way it's laid out. I use it weekly for a large wedding reception/corporate gigs with 12 piece bands and I love it. But for theater I'd much prefer something like the Vi Series.

Ya presonus nailed the recording features to bad they went a little cheaper on the various onboard processing i find the lack of Q on the EQ annoying at times and the onboard effects are less than par o well i guess for 2k its incredibly cheap for what it does.

I use a 24.4.2 and It has Q. The FX are still pretty bland, but it's a great board for $3300.

Good for the price. Sound pretty good for brand new. Kinda muddy but that's music on my phone with bad EQ. Gonna have to wait a little bit till they burn in.

So today after work my Dad calls me up to see if I can help Him move some stuff from his garage to my Grandparents house, so we start loading my car, and then I get to box that says Pioneer and this box is massive and heavy as hell...

So I open up the box and what do I find a Pioneer SX-1980
I could not believe my eyes I lived with this beast for 23 years of my life in my garage unaware of It's existence.

Forget Grandparents house this baby went straight to my living-room, now I need to get some Good speakers for this Baby

For those of you who don't know what this is
