so since ive never had an amp before this one got a couple questions since david hasnt answered me after probly 30 mins of listening to music roughly 80% to 90% it starts to get pretty warm which i was expecting is there a good way to kind of cool it off? or will the heat not hurt anything and when no music is playing and still around 80% i hear noise and when i turn music or a movie or something on its gone its alright to hear the noise when nothing is playing correct?

Very nice. For the warmth you're hearing, that's normal and is what people using tubes are usually going for. It's recommended to let them warm up before listening, anywhere between 30-60 min.

Don't need to wait 30-60min. 2-5mins is all.

Nice looking amp knoxy_14. Tube amps vary on how hot they will get. I haven't used a LDMII so I don't know how warm they get but I wouldn't worry about it. The tubes need to run warm to operate efficiently. Having the volume knob at 80 seems pretty high. What impedance are those Beyers you are using? You might want to try raising the gain settings. Here are directions given in a LDMKII review:

Here are the jumper and dip switch settings from the owner's manual, for the MKII:

The jumpers, one for each channel (L&R) are for tube families. No jumpers = EF95's, Jumpers on = EF92's. The default is no jumpers for the default tubes. Look in the package that contains the RCA cord, you'll find your little blue jumpers they removed inside there.

The two dip switches are for changing gain.
Each dip switch box represents a channel (L&R)
Make sure you configure each channel the same as the other channel.

A. Switch 1 off, Switch 2 off = Gain 10 (Highest Impedance)
B. Switch 1 on, Switch 2 off = Gain 7 (Medium Impedance)
C. Switch 1 off, Switch 2 on = Gain 5 (Low Impedance)
D. Switch 1 on, Switch 2 on = Gain 3 (Lowest Impedance)
.

since im relatively new to tube amps and i got the DT 770 250 ohm and since factory says its set on A wouldnt that be the best for these headphone? and to change thes dip switched i have to take off the outer shell?
