Is that the max vcore for the board? If so, I think that's probably your limit with that board.

If you're going to OC, turn off Cool n Quite.
http://www.overclock.net/amd-cpus/57...tml#post621865

I took some screen shot of the bios to help another fellow. So maybe it can help you, read the thread..

Here is some quick stuff to take a look at...
I can see that you're using a divider. Did you set the "cpu-NB link speed" to 800 with would be 4x HT multi...?

At 1.45V, that might be the limit for the cpu..because i dont think its the ram if ur running that high of a divider.

Currently i have everything at auto apart from the

multi x10
ht 235
vcore 1.45 cool and quiet off = 0.5
also i managed to get 2.35
i dont want to do the vmod for a couple months so if i break it i can get a new mobo lol
so what sort of setting should i try or is it my Volts that are causing me the trouble? that is what i thnk
also i have it rock stable at 2.3ghz my results are below
im runnig prime95 on 2.35ghz right know i think that it is my psu that is letting me down as well as the vcore
would any of these psu been any good

Id say try to get at least 500w, but also try to stay away from Thermaltake PSU's.

Why is your ram running so slow? Try to keep it around 200fsb. You can do this by turning your fsb up to 240 and keeping the ram at 166 divider.

So
Up the cpu fsb to 240, put the ram at 166. And you will be running 2.4ghz with the ram at 200mhz. So you can keep stock timings on ur ram.

CPU-nb = 800 up to 250fsb
16bit
nb-sb = auto
16bit

Should work at 1.45vcore. The voltmod takes like 20 minutes since its safer to take the board out, but its really easy. I didnt even take my board out just the psu and i did it in like 5 minutes using a rear window defogger kit and some copper solution stuff.

GL

EDIT: Make sure you are using BIOS 1.2 official or any OCWB bios found at ocworkbench.com in the asrock section. And try using OCCT instead of prime95 its alot faster. WOrks just as well imo.

I dont understand why your ram's fsb is so low. Maybe you have the ram on the wrong setting? Gotta try to get it up to 200, dunno try posting a new thread in the cpu section and people will help you more.
