Only have the 3.0.0 one http://www.wupload.com/file/2533728747/Intel_SSD_Toolbox.zip
Sorry did not watch this tread for a while
Anyway 3.0.1 is not for us smile.gif
November 2011 3.01 This release corrects how the model number displays on the
home screen for the 50nm MLC (2.5-inch form factor) Intel ® SSD. The SSD now appears as Intel ® SSD X25-M instead of Intel® SSD X25-E.

Hello Silviu!

Thanks for your help but I've got a problem: did you send me the modified version of your "Intel SSD Toolbox.exe" ?
I replaced my version with yours but my Kingston X25-m 160GB isn't recognized by Intel SSD Toolbox...

Do you have an idea about my problem please?

Many many thanks for your help.

Hi,

I don't know the reason the Toolbox is not working with your drive. Do you have TRIM enabled?

I removed the check for Intel drives so it should be ok for any drives with Intel hardware inside. As I don't have the drive in question, I can't check what might be the reason for it not working.

Did the pre-3.x versions work for your drive? If so, I would recommend using them as mostly the 3.x version brings firmware updating etc. features that are not needed daily, the TRIMming works similarly in the older versions.

Hello!

Thanks very much Telnet for your answer. I beg your pardon but I was not at home during this week....

Trim is enabled on my Kingston X25-m 160GB

I only used v3.0 (provided by Silviu) with my Kingston X25-m 160GB ....not pre-3.X versions. (I don't know where do find them since you can only download v3.01 at Intel Download center...)

Do you know where I could find pre-3.x versions?
Thanks very much for your great help!

Hey Telnet,

Any chance you can give us the offset and modifications needed to get the Intel SSD Toolbox v3.0.2 working?

Thanks,

CyberMac
