I have a SOLTEK K8TPRO-939 mobo and i have a AMD Athlon 64 3000+. currently at stock speeds of 1.8ghz. Anyone got some ideas as to why this would blue screen. If you need more info to be able to help let me know and I'll post more. Thanks in advance for the help, I know the crowd here is always fast and good.

Is your memory value RAM? That could be the cause of it.

Uhh, be a little more specific.
Well, your RAM timings are most likely causing your BSODs, your RAM cant handle the speed of the RAM set in it's current timings. Be more detailed on what BIOS settings you are using to overclock. Are you using a crappy auto OC feature? Did you increase your voltages?

Yea usually the blue screen of death is usually from pushing your RAM too far. If it says something like physical dumping of memory or something like that, it's RAM. Put in a slower divider or loosen your timings and try that out. If you can get your hands on some better quality RAM, it should solve the problem. Let us know if that solved the problem.
