Who Are Your Favorite Companies? - Page 18

Keeping this to tech related...

Apple
Revision3 (not tech exactly, but a pioneer in web-based television programming with an emphasis on tech programming)
EVGA
Valve
Newegg
Mozilla
Google
Western Digital
Samsung
Bioware (even though they are part of EA now, I still consider them a separate entity...)
Ford (I'm putting Ford here because the tech in a lot of their current vehicles is really awesome and well done...best car tech I've ever seen/heard of to be honest with the "Sync" stuff)

I would put Razer on here because I dig a lot of their actual products WHEN THEY WORK but the build quality is so low, and their customer service is amongst the worst I've experienced. Unfortunately, I still like their gear, I just buy very hesitantly from them anymore.

Newegg: They offer fast, reliable service at a competitive price. I've never been disappointed with Newegg's product selection or service.
eVGA: These guys have the best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with and they have an excellent warranty service. I will gladly pay an extra 5 to 10% for graphics cards from eVGA knowing that the product I get has a lifetime warranty that is honored truly and without question for life.
Asus: I've been a fan of Asus motherboards for the last twenty years. They've never let me down and when I screwed up a BIOS on one, they shipped a replacement PROM to me next-day air at no cost. Go Asus! (P.S. NEVER flash a BIOS in the OS, even if they provide a utility that allows it.ONLY flash a BIOS from a floppy or flash drive at the BIOS / DOS / command line / linux command line level.)
Corsair: I started out loving their high performance RAM and although I'm using G.Skill RAM now, I'm using a Corsair power supply that I'm very impressed with. These guys have great technical support and advice.
Intel: I started out with an Intel Pentium back in the day, then went to a PII. Later I converted to AMD with the T-Bird and then an Athlon 64 X2. I recently came back to Intel with the i5-2500K and I'm blown away by its performance and OC compatability. Yay Intel!
Microsoft: Say what you will about the company and "the masses" but Windows 7 is an awesome OS and I'm very happy with it. Win 98 SE was good, Win XP SP2 (and SP3) was better, and Windows 7 rocks.

EDIT: fixed formatting.
