In our Computer Maintenance class, we put CS:CZ on our comp (everyone else has it on their comps), but when we go to play it, it'll work sometimes, but other times we'll get ATI error messages, "cz.exe has caused an error...", and just random restarts of the entire computer. Here are the specs:

CPU - AMD 64 3000+
Mobo - Some Elite Group mobo (x200 chipset)
Vid card - ATI x700
RAM - 512MB (no name on the sticks)
PSU - 550W

I don't really know the specifics, cause there's really no names on the parts. Any rough suggestions as to what maybe going on? Someone shared it over the network and we just copied it over and slapped the serial number in.
