What CPU will a 5500 PCI bottleneck?

I'm posting this in the nVidia and the Intel forum...hope that's not against the rules..heh...

I have a BFG fx-5500oc, which OCs to about 350/500. I was thinking about getting an Intel P4 2.8 400FSB socket 478 (highest my mobo can handle). Then I thought, "Wait, PCI would probably bottleneck that...UGH!!!!" So after that mental breakdown, I have decided to come to the masters of the computer. At what speed of CPU would the 5500 start to bottleneck it(in games)? I don't want to pay extra for something I can see.

PS. I currently have a P4 1.8.

Humm, yes it would bottleneck it.. but heck, that card can play every game except Doom3, COD2 and BF2 on decent settings with decent frame rates.

I play COD2 now with 20-25 FPS.....lol

But when do you think it will bottleneck, CPU speed wise?

Not to argue for the sake of arguing, but I'm running at 1024x768, 4x AA, and High, use to be ultra, but got down to like 10-15 fps, texture res and normal map res.
