Unfortunately, anything installed on a hard drive won't be present if simply copied to another HD. You could pull the downloaded files, and reinstall the game via CD or executable. Or am I missing the point?

Haha na... well if I do all this, is this mobo worth it? Because my video graphics werent that great with the other mobo and i was told that if I got a better mobo that my graphics would improve greatly.

If the 7800GT doesn't impress you on the K8N...then you are VERY hard to please

I can't exactly quantify the performance increase, but it SHOULD look better on the new board

Yeah I have the same MOBO and I am going to be buying a SATA soon...I hope I have no problems, but Im of course going to do a fresh install. You cant just change MOBOs and use same hard drive, unfortuntely its not that easy. Fresh install will help it run faster anyways =)

I liek my MOBO though with my 6800 GS my graphics are great

Did you have trouble installing that 7800GT in your mobo, pretty tight fit I would think....I wonder if we could go SLI with it? It would have to be a tight fit, B/c my install was close and your card has to be a good bit bigger than my 6800

xfx 7800 gt doesnt have a really big heatsink on it, I will be able to do SLI on it, but it will be a little tight but still have some extra room.
