Very quiet fans. The noctua is $16 but its really really quiet...

Sorry not blue LEDs but the LED 80mm fans are crap, so I chose non LED. It's better in the end. =)

This is a good idea. Or get a new case. I bought a Noctua and all it did was add noise.

I have a Nexus fan I got in a grab bag. Quiet little thing. They and Arctic Cooling make quiet fans. Since AC is a European company, you might be able to get some in Romania. I have some Rosewill ball bearing fans that come with their own controller. really excellent for $5US. Doubt you can get them in Vlad-Tepes-Land, though.

Antec tricools might be the most silent solution, as mentioned before. I have 5 of those babies in my rig, and they are really silent. I've tried some other fans before I had these ones, but these are the most silent.
Also, the 3LED's look alot more special then the normal 4LED's (not really important, but w/e)

I had a couple of these in my old case and even at full blast they were completely silent.
