I think you'll change your mind after you have the card. You'll want to simply keep it on 100% 24/7 because it's so quiet. It's not like the stock cooler where you hear a huge difference between idle and 100%.

Which is not a fan controller. With a fan controller, you can change the speeds while the computer is running. It's nice to be able to turn a fan up/down during gaming, but you can't do that with the Fanmate.
