Heh heh yeah indeed it does. You can install programs and applications wherever you want though, just create a Program Files (x86) and Program Files directory on your mechanical hard drive and change the drive letter from C: to D: (say) in the program installer. That's all you'd end up doing with this method or the other method anyway. The only difference is the appdata temporary folder which IMO you have ample space for on a 60Gb drive anyway.
