I've recently switched to ati tray tools as it's much better than ATI tool in a thousand ways but I have two problems (and I third but I can't remember it right now).

1) Is there any way to create a fan profile so that the fan turns on at 42C 100%, and turns off at 38C 0%? It's annoying having the fan turn on and off every 10 seconds so I would rather it was on longer and off longer. And I won't settle for anything other than 100% or 0% because my fan makes an annoying clicking noise anywhere in between.

2) Is there any way to load a profile on startup? I would think this is an obvious feature but I can't seem to find it.
