Thats not true
. Im running my DDR400 @ 220MHz (440MHz), and I'm prime95 stable 12HR (never went for more) so, its not a problem with your memory, the problem (I believe) is your vcore, raise it to 1.5 and your HTT (HyperTransport) should be set to 4, everything tytlyf said sounds good, other than Memory Divider and vcore, in my personal experiences I never had a memory divider make a difference in my performance.
