What program are you using to test your load temps?

In addition to load temps you should check to see if you're stable, try this program: http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft.htm

Try running for 12 hrs & see if its stable.

Every set of ram can be different. It depends on the brand, model, etc, for how well it can overclock. I had to change memory divider settings for mine to overclock more.
