I say just go with simple water cooling,it can easily be done for sub $100. Small Hydor Pump,Single Chevette Heatercore,Maze4 Gpu Block.

1986 Chevy Chevette Heater Core-Less than $25

Assuming the Heatercore is $25(it isnt, its about $18)then the total comes out to--give or take a few cents--$100.
No, dont even think about buying that heatercore.
Go with the 77 Bonneville. All you have to do is cut both the barbs, so that they both have the same OD, and strech some tygon over them, after soaking them in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Besides, it's only $14 at Autozone with tax.

But the single is half the size...I dont think a double is neccesary for a GPU only loop. A single is adequate.

But for the price/performance ratio, you can't beat it.
It's bigger, but it costs less and cools a lot better.
