AMD64 3000+ and DDR333 overclocking.

Greetings from Finland!

First of all, i'm noob in overclocking and you must excuse my english,
because it's been a while since i last time wrote in english.

Ok, let's get to the point!

I have this wonderful AMD64 3000+ Winchester socket-939 CPU and
marvelous Epox 9NDA3+ mb with 4 x 256Mb DDR333.
Display adapter is Radeon X850 Pro 250Mb AGP-8x.

I would like to know this:

Is it possible to overclock this computer easily or is the DDR333 buggin'
the show?
If it's possible, i really would like to know how it's done.

I have read some of these previous messages about clocking, but
everyone is using DDR400 and i don't know how to deal with DDR333.
I'm getting very confused by HT, FSB, volts, etc...

Thank you.

i'm not that experienced at this either ... but from what i can gather you'll want to keep your cpu in around the 166 fsb range to keep from getting a bottleneck. i don't think you'll be able to get much of an oc without going to ddr400

Thank you for your reply.

Allright, i'll change to DDR400 or even faster.
Maybe i'll change to X2 cpu... i should achieve more power that way.
