lol I agree.. I had crossfire, setup was a breeze .. performance was good too, but I just wanted more so I got a 5970. My old setup was dual 5770, performance on some games is similar to a 5870/5850, but it ran a little hot.

Look for a MB that has a slot separation between the 2 pci_e 16x that way you can have a gap for air circulation.

Dude you really should have used a 5770.Pairing one with a 5750 isn't worth it you're right.But if you had used a 5770 you would have seen a dramatic increase in gaming fps where it matters.The wei is a lousy way to benchmark.
