Im looking for a graphics card for my girlfriend's pc so she can play the sims2. Is the radeon 9600 pro better than that asus 9550? Right now she has the integrated graphics which are awful so she needs something to make the sims playable at an enjoyable rate. Also, how is the fx5500? I can pick up one on ebay for around 50. Regarding the 256mb cards, they tend to be clocked a lot lower than the 128mbs, i think the 256 for some of those cards is just a marketing scheme. Just looking for some advice on a card to get for her that wont break the bank.
