I'd use the least amount of voltage that cpu needs to be stable at that speed (12 hours Prime95).

Don't put it on auto. Start from 1.475v vcore, test it with Prime95 if it fails than jump to 1.5v vcore, test it again, failed than jump to 1.525...

If it is Prime stable at 1.525 than put it to 1.375 @ %110 which is 1.5125 and test it again if it's Prime stable again leave it there...

OK.. gotcha.. Keep in mind I haven't ran Prime 95 (yet), usually a good indication for me in the past before the LONG trek of hours and hours of running Prime 95 is running a few things at once to see if I get lock ups (just to see if it semi stable).

In the past, I usually started with a LARGE file download (ie.. 500mb's). At the same time, I run 3dmark06. If 3dmark06 locks up, I immediately know its not going to be at that current setting. So far, at the 110% setting with 1.325volts, 1.350volts and 1.375 volts, 3dmark06 usually locks up in the CPU Test benchmark. However, when I just bumped it up to 110% @ 1.400volts ...BAM! It didn't lock up.. I passed with flying colors. Keep in mind, I still have apps running in the background (ie, Zone Alarm Firewall, Antivirus Program).

So.. Here in a bit, I am going to run Prime 95 and see how she does. 110% @ 1.4volts puts me at 1.54volts.. Correct?

Yes, 1.54v is right. Do you know how to run Prime95 for both cores at the same time ?

Here is a FAQ for you :
http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=16446

Read this after you are done with the FAQ above
-Close all the unnecessary applications in windows before starting Prime95
-Go to Windows Task Manager by pressing ctrl+alt+del
-Go to Performance tab and see how much memory your system is using on idle.
-Lets say it's using 230MB of memory than set the memory usage to 850MB for each tests. (850+850+230 = 1930MB )
