What is the highest setting in your bios?

I believe it should be 1.6vcore.

Don't worry about monitor programs, they are often inaccurate and mostly help w/ system settings. Your best bet with checking voltages & using software, is to go to your bios, check the temperatures, rails (for your PSU), and use a series of different programs to find out which one is correct, right now my Asus Probe is saying that my +12V @ 12.06 is really at +12V @ 11.369, but in BIOS it says differently (correctly at 12.06).

What is the highest VID +1**% you can go up to?
