keep in mind my cpu and heatsink have both been lapped, my cpu heatsink has 2 parts with one on the back of the board and i have a noctua heatsink on my nb. i would not advise anybody to use any settings other than my 24/7 ones unless you have good cooling on all parts thumb.gif

Hey guys! I finally got some free time to do some more overclocking on my Q9550, and I got it to 4.0ghz and it ran fine, and I started a Prime95 SmallFFT test and was averaging around 59 to 60C throughout the stress tests, and around the 8th test or farther than that idr, my computer blue screened and it wasnt a 0x124 blue screen, it was a 0x00007E error, of which idk wth that is lol.

So I turned my Overclock down to 3.867GHz [just lowered the FSB from 471 to 455, nothing else] and running another prime95 test and so far its at test 12 with no problem

I will attach my MIT Form to this so you guys can see my specs of my 4GHz

Is it weird that like core 3 is like one or 2 tests behind 2 other cores and one of the cores is ahead by 1 or 2 tests.
For example:
Worker 1: Test 15
Worker 2: Test 16
Worker 3: Test 14
Worker 4: Test 17

All your settings look good except for vcore at 4 GHz, you will need more volts, say 1.38-1.40ish.
Just start at the same settings but 1.36 and if that fails go up a little more.
