Just use whatever your BIOS increments are. I doubt you will need more then 1.65 for 500 FSB, but I have seen auto set it to like 1.8 or something close to that.

Credit goes to NoGuru (the OP, if you didn't know) for making the original text file template from which I worked from.

The improved upon template is attached in Excel 2003 .xls format for compatibility's sake.

NoGuru (OP) please attach this to the first post as well when you can!!!

Thank you for making it MIT better. Credit for the original is not mine. It's been around for a long time and I'm not sure who originally made it. But thanks a bunch MP, added to front page.

Ok got it going with 433 x 7.5 . Which is 3.24 I'm cool with that. But the voltage is 1.36 is that too high?

In the Bios everything for the voltages is set to auto. Should I go in manually an decrease the voltage?

I watch alot of movies and stuff on this pc as well as game, so it is on a lot I don't want it to fry over time.

1.36v isn't high at all.
If your chip is 45nm you can safely go up to 1.45v on the vcore and not have to worry. Max CPU term on that is 1.45v (thanks NoGuru ).
Always set the volts to the defaults that are displayed in BIOS. For example, your PLL is 1.5v in BIOS at default. Auto could overvolt that (and in most cases, it does). Manually set it to 1.5v. If you can't get into Windows after that (that's what PLL does) then you'll need to raise it. Max safe on that is around 1.65v, although people have run it 1.75v 24/7 with no problems.
