Weird refresh rates

Thread Starter
When I set the refresh rate to 70 or more, the display becomes fuzzy on the monitor, and thus I have to set it at 60 to see clear. Why is this? When I had my 5700le with Forceware 71.20, everything was fine at 75. But now I have this 6800 with the most updated driver (forceware 81.95) and the refresh rates seem wrong. Is it my driver? Anyone else using the 81.95 and experiencing this problem?

Interestingly enough, it may have nothing to do with your vid card. This is an interesting one let me tell you. When you are at certain refresh rates, certain acoustic disturbances can cause shoddy monitor performance. If it actually has an opposing wavelength it can alter performance. Actually, when my girlfriend sings when i'm on the computer, and she hits a g flat, it makes the monitor go fuzzy. may be related.
