1. I expect to be able to hit 4Ghz+ on my CPU and be around 20*C or close to it truly anything around there is fine I just want it cooler the watercooling and I am fine, and this will run my CPU cooling 24/7
2. I will probably use this on Bulldozer (AMD's new CPU) when it comes out sometime in 2011 or so.
3. One reason why I would like Phase instead of watercooling is to help out OCN's HWBot team so yes I would do benching
This is why I want a prebuild because I have never run Phase before and would like to know who it works out and test it on some CPU's.
My room you can say its medium to small but I can tell you right now my HD5970 is going to be probably louder then the phase unit so that is no problem as I can see
Power wise that also shouldn't be a problem as long as its not like running a hairdryer 24/7, which I didn't think it was.
But for benching.... get a custom built unit so you can go higher with over clocks.
Remember that wPrime 1024 can bring many units to there knees. I can even comem close to crashing my Cascade with wPrime 1024 and high OC's.
You should be just fine with the CRYO-Z and AMD CPU's
