Yeah, that did explained a little, here some more questions:

1)What's the differents between AMD's memorys and Intel's memorys, because I did noticed two forums that have those statements.

2)Also,Is it really better to have better FSB and loosened timings than other way around.

Thanks for the info Zipnogg, and I'd appreciated more information.

1) The big difference between the memory that AMD uses and that Intel uses right now is DDR and DDR2 (respectively). DDR2 is a newer type of memory that runs at faster speeds and lower voltages than DDR. DDR2 runs at faster speeds than DDR. Because of this, DDR2 will have a greater theoretical bandwidth than DDR. However, in order to attain these fast speeds, the CAS latency for DDR2 is higher than that of DDR. Most tests have proven that there is no big performance difference between DDR and DDR2. This is about to change because DDR2 with lower CAS latencies are coming out.

AMD will soon be switching to DDR2 memory when they release socket AM2 so AMD and Intel will be using the same RAM.

2) I'll let someone else tackle this one...

The answer to #2 is like finding the holy Grale in the computer world.

You almost have to blindly follow the way YOU THINK is better.

There is a thread about the same thing at the top here, you should read through it.
At the end of this thread is an anandtech article talking about all of this.
