Some people over on the eVGA forums have suggested dropping your CPU PLL to 1.65v (lower limit of spec range) may help with stability, but I wouldn't touch it if you don't have to.

great voltage guide for eVGA X58 boards

Awesome, thanks for the reply WS6! So it looks to be a normal thing for it to take this long to POST.
It's just kind of strange, I'm used to my AMD rigs which POST in a matter of 2 seconds, and would boot to the desktop in a matter of 25 seconds.

Anyway, a REP+ for you too.
You are welcome bud, that is what we are all here for. :-)

Elemtality,
I have two of those 1TB Blacks in my rig for storeage and a 500 black for OS..
I think the 1tb would have been just as or faster for my OS.. I did not care to do raid at this time...
but, I have had zero issues from these drives they're fast and quiet!

My big thing is if I use that TLER (Time-Limited Error Recovery) Tool is if it will effect my SSD. The Tool effects ALL connected drives but I have no idea what its limited too (Only WD drives, SSD Drives or all drives)
