u guys know a few programs to test the hardwear? like say one my ram (maxmem), one for cpu (i dont know which one ), gpu (folding) and so on?.

i just wanna test them separate

sorry if i post in the wrong area but i will be selling this thing soon.

Its running 4.2GHZ HT on and in games it sounds like scratch cd, in the internet i can only open one window at time,to start takes 7 minutes from the bars going across to the actual windows.

Sounds like maybe a unstable overclock

Run LinX 5 runs max memory/all for starters
Watch your core temps

it ran 16 hours of prime and 10 set of 10 with linx, temps never got over 63ºC

i think is either the HDD or the mobo

i also ran maxxmem like 10 if not more and the same result which is 49.7 ns

IMO, 5 runs of LinX is too little.

I personally would test my overclock with:
40 runs of LinX
12+ hours of Prime95 blend

Those two should help to verify your overclock settings and test your memory.

You can test your GPU by using Furmark or Heaven Benchmark, but I doubt a faulty GPU is going to cause a slow system. As long as you've installed drivers for your video card, you should be good.

EDIT: You can try defragging your hard drive with SmartDefrag and cleaning the registry with CCleaner or FCleaner, but I don't think either of these 2 are going to drastically boost your performance.

Personally from what you described it could be hardware failure or maybe something really simple.

I dont know what you use but
Me i would run SpyBot real quick just to rule of some gunk
if we are stable and there is game/internet performance problems.

Just checking, out of 6GB of memory installed, you have 6GB usable? (Right click on "Computer" and select "Properties"
