Thanks guys, that worked, I've adjusted the the cpu voltage to 1.36 because windows bosd/woudn't boot/freeze the first few times, here are my voltages now:

Is it safe? Looks like vtt is within .5 of vdimm, so the trick now is to find the lowest stable cpu voltage then I'll be done?

Everything looks fine. You could, though, drop your DIMM Voltage in your BIOS slightly so you get 1.65V in E-LEET. Otherwise, just work on lowering your CPU Voltage.

I set my cpu voltage to 1.29 and when I boot up to windows/bios it showed 1.6

Looks like its enough overclocking for me today

You might need to update your BIOS. I remember that's an issue with older versions due to it jacking up the vcore once the OS loads up.

Also try tightening the memory timings.

agenesis, looks good. Just try to lower that vcore a bit and see how low you can go.
