Yeah, when I had things out to install the NB heatsink, I gave the Ven-X a little tightening down to make sure it was all nice and snug. Doing so put too much pressure on the chip and was the reason why one of the memory slots went bad. I reseated and it's back to normal.

I'm still working on the NB cooler though. I have it in, but I'm skeptical for a few reasons.
1) Surface area is a lot smaller compared to stock
2) Everest is tweeking out showing temp readings and fan RPM. On idle, I'm at like 23c, but then I'll see the temp in Everest read 66c for about 4 seconds, and go back to 23c. Also since installing the new heatsink, I now have a new item listed under my Fan Speeds in Everest. Like the temperature glitch, I have RPM glitches now and then. Sometimes it displays a fan for the NB, sometimes it doesnt. Weird...

Im thinking of getting the EVGA X58 SLI but also considering the EVGA X58 SLI classified.

Do you think the classified is worth it?

if you need the extra features of it, im sure it is, but the price tag is honestly a bit high fetched in my personal opinion

Agreed. I guess it depends really what your wanting to do with your system. If you plan on benching, and overclocking the crap out of your stuff, the classy is the way to go. If your more of an average user, and just want a mild OC, you could probably save some money and get the LE/3x SLI.

Lucass, looks like you got the making for a very solid PC. I stayed up the first night got to messing with OC's, and playing with it in general. I was so stoked by how everything just loaded up instantly.
Enjoy the new setup!
