So 59ºc was your hottest core? If so not bad, I say that's ok. One thing, although the TIM that it comes with is great (Shin Etsu), I think too much comes applied. Maybe you can try re applying some fresh TIM, that worked wonders for me.

From dead cold mine will boot to my login screen at close to 13sec..
it is from sleep mine is not a happy camper... So, I have just quit putting it to sleep at all, On or off and see seems much happier.

I know my PC room has been 80*F for the last 2 days
I can see the diff in my temps too! which was the whole point of me getting the H50, I knew I had heat coming..

Your temps are not bad for a warm to hot room. I suggest maybe an external fan blowing towards your PCs intake.. that helped my old gaming rig, I hope my HAF932 with its high flow will make me not need to do that.

And you need to set your Dimm voltage to 1.65

Not at all, 8x lanes are perfectly fine.
The only cards that you'd have to start to get worried about are the 5870's. The only cards so far to saturate an 8x PCIe 2.0 lane.

Awesome, thanks for the reply WS6! So it looks to be a normal thing for it to take this long to POST.
It's just kind of strange, I'm used to my AMD rigs which POST in a matter of 2 seconds, and would boot to the desktop in a matter of 25 seconds.

Anyway, a REP+ for you too.

On the LE board, what would be the best video card for SLI? Since the lanes max at 8x...I never thought about what would be best without bottlenecking.
