What is the best way to find load temps with speedfan

What am i supposed to do to figure out my systems load temps? All i could think would be to run a really high end game and nero or something.I'm a noob and if this bothers you i'm really sorry.

run Prime95. Do a google search "prime95" for the download. then go to options>torture test>select blend>start.

That'll tell you your load temps. Let it keep running, for a few hours if your not overclocked. If you are, 8+hrs.

when u run prime95, watch all the temps in speed fan and the one that jumps up dramatically will most likely be your cpu, or your psu, thats how u can differentiate all the temp readings on speed fan...
