Better overclock with better power supply?

I was wondering if i could get a better overclock if i had a better power supply. I thought it was a 433watt psu, but its only 330 watt, also it has 16 amps on the 12v rail.

i just upgraded from a 330 with the same amps on the 12volt.

I was having random reboots and i thought my PSU was why btu it turned out i needed to upgrade my damn chipset drivers because i didnt do it on the last reformat.

But with this new PSU im 25% overclocked and stable. you are on a decent OC right now, if your stable great and maybe just leave it at that because you might be at the limit for your system, now a PSU could get you more overclock and isnt a bad thing to upgrade if you plan on upgrading video card or just your system in general in the future. 330 prolly wont cut it for a new video card and whatnot so if it doesnt improove the overclock you are achieving it would still be worth it in the future IF you plan on upgrading

Yeppers stable in prime for 16 hours and occt tests, max temp (and i mean MAX) is only 46c with stock cooling , but if i put it anything above 3.09 it will istantly go to bsod. I think it may also be my mobo because i can put any more voltage on my core.

Edit2: Ya my old graphics card died on me and now im stuck with this peace of junk for a while.

A quality PSU is the cornerstone of a good OC. As every component in the system benefits from plentiful, stable power, there's no better investment you can make in a performance system.

Thats true. Although, yet i havent had any problems with this PSU. My 12Volt dops to 11.89 and my old 330watt didnt even do that, and my brothers 450watt rosewill doesnt do it either and hes on same FSB as i am but with an AMD. i wonder the difference of a nice PSU IF your rails arent bad with a crapy one?
