After all the driver installations today I wanted to make sure I hadn't screwed anything up.. so after all the failed attempts I went back to my trusty 267.60 drivers and manage to gain few more points.

I think the OpenCL is a warning sign for me. If its not enable on GPU-Z the drivers are not suitable.

ToxicAdam you might be right there even so i think your Score is low i have my 460's at 900/1800/2000 you have the 560's at 900/1800/2150 more shadders newer tech and only 100pts more? something is not right there we both benched at 4GHz though i have more FSB did you set NCP to prefer max performance and changed drivers from Quality to Performance? I was expecting something like 8K or so

Isn't that cheating though?

Unless it's ATI doing that by default for you.
it has always been the way on all benchmarks to set your drivers to high performance...

whether u have ATI or Nvidia... it has always been my way...

I think its the CPU overclock. 4GHz is only on 3 cores(turbo) and this only happens when the CPU is stress,... My OC is 3.6GHZ on all 6 cores.

You see in this benchmark its reads 3.6Ghz.

Just wanted to drop by to say that WHQL 270.61 drivers work ALMOST fine for me with SLI Patch 1.4 Beta. Found it a few posts up.

EDIT: My screen is flickering too.

In dragon age 2 I set it to use DirectX 9 and that solved the flicker, but it gave me some weird shaking in certain buildings (Hawke's house)

ToxicAdam that must be it why use Turbo core that is rubish, OC that CPU to 4.2 GHz easy on all 6 cores you dont need more then 1.45v for that
post #1039 of 1985
Ok i have run my cards in standard SLI mode...

no flickering or other issues

Also... OpenCL is ticked in GPU-Z
