EDIT: Well it's not an sli issue, tried with sli dsabled and it still does it... Reinstalling drivers now to retest.. will post when done.
EDIT 2: Nope still no good... can anyone else try that level in crysis 2 (Head of State level) and see if you get the same.. May have to go back to what I was using before.

That game has been buggy since its date of release, especially with SLI or Crossfire enabled regardless of your system. There's been a number of workarounds: from using profiles from different games [by renaming Crysis2.exe to Bioshock.exe or FEAR.exe for example], to using Wasdie's method of tweaking the graphics, to using an autoexec.cfg file with specific CVars used to properly use multiple GPUs on this game without flickering like crazy. Regardless of what you do though, there are still quite a bit of texture errors that are annoying as hell, and I honestly wouldn't blame the drivers unless all of your other games are affected. This has been happening for a while now.

Right now, I'm at the level after that huge building came down [after fighting aliens in Central Station]. I forgot the name of the level. The textures for every gun I use is completely buggy, as it's flickering like crazy and won't display properly. Also, it seems the rain effects are gone.

If I were you, I would just uninstall that game, put it away in the closet, and forget I ever bought it.

thing is though, I never had any problems before updating to 275.33... 266.58 were perfect for me and had no issues at all in crysis2.

EDIT: Going back to 266.58 has fixed the issue.

I decided to revert back to 267.60 driver.. no go! I get an error, cant install. It would only allow me to install the 275.33. With no choice I install 275.33 again and tested BFBC2. It worked fine.. I wonder why out the blue the driver played BFBC2 fine one day and the other massive flicker.
Happen again. 275.33 works fine for about a week.. then they start to flicker in games and the drivers themselves just stop working. I went back to 267.60.. manage to install 267.60 safe mod.

I gather you guys aren't having any problems?

I'm on the verge of swapping these for a pair of 6950s
