HOWTO: SLI on a non-SLI Motherboard (GTX5xx compatible 1.0 final released!) - Page 134

We need detailed instruction how to install these new modded drivers without putting windows 7 into "test mode" When you run install.cmd it should certify the drivers for you as the drivers inc a windows certificate but it does not certify them and installing the certificate manually does not do anything. PLEASE reply if it is possible to get windows 7 out of test mode with the new modded drivers,,,,,,

To get your computer out of test mode with the new mod hit start, search programs and files type: cmd when black box opens copy paist this comand: Bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF
now restart computer the watermark that says test mode windows 7 Build 7601 is now gone and it is out of test mode.

Sorry I must have worded my question wrong. I know how to turn test mode off but it also turns the drivers off. Spoke to anatolymik who says there is no way around it yet but he is working on HyperSLI which will get rid of test mode and it will be a new version of the sli patch.

Actually it doesn't turn the drivers off. Ive been playing games all weakened with this and trust me my drivers are working and so is SLI. This new setup works great. if the water mark bothers you do the above. You do realize your using a sli hack on a non certified sli Board with no certificate"s supporting SLI?

This is the response I got from anatolymik. I tried Bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF after installing modded drivers and the fix and pasting the file in correct location..and it locked the drivers so that's why i posted the question. This is his response about Bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF:

His reply: no way. I'm working on HyperSLI. When i got it finished you will see no any test signing mode

My response :What would we all do without u? Thanks for the quick response. I thought i could disable by using
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF

His reply: you can. but the driver will not work

The newest drivers that you can run SLI without a SLI bridge is 258.96.

Here is a download link for you..

http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/win7-...driver-uk.html

You will have to uninstall the newer drivers first though.

Best of luck

Hi, I'm trying to sli patch my system but no success.
I hope you could help me.

Spec :

intel dp45sg
e4300
2x 8800gt
window 7 x64

I install driver pack 280.26, apply modded driver, install sli patch.
When I boot on sli patched system I was so happy to see window alert tell me 'you could enable sli for higher performance'.
I open nVidia control panel, switch to sli and when I pressed 'Apply' button, nvidia control panel freeze and when I try to relauch I have and error that tell me i haven't a nvidia gpu.

Thanks to help me,
