Turns off drivers after a reboot. SLI does not work, MSI Afterburner detects no drivers installed.

280.26 drivers did not work for me in my case. Install fine, reboot machine and get a black screen after windows loading splash screen. Waited 5 minutes at that screen and still nada.

Rolled myself back to 280.19 Beta and all is well again.

This is the response I got from anatolymik. I tried Bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF after installing modded drivers and the fix and pasting the file in correct location..and it locked the drivers so that's why i posted the question. This is his response about Bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF:

His reply: no way. I'm working on HyperSLI. When i got it finished you will see no any test signing mode

My response :What would we all do without u? Thanks for the quick response. I thought i could disable by using
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF

His reply: you can. but the driver will not work

There is no way you disabled test mode with modded drivers. You may have removed the watermark but according to the man it's impossible.

Yeah, I believe that switch turns off unsigned drivers all together. When booting spam F8 and choose "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" still shows the message.

Not a major thing for me as I usually have a window covering the text, and since the modded drivers generally work perfectly for me I'm not concerned.

Do you notice any difference with the latest modded drivers vs the 275 drivers? If so what games do you play and what type of changes have you seen.....Thanks for the info...

I already have had my driver signing f8 off before i turnedTESTSIGNING OFF.
mayby thats why it works for me. i always boot up with driver signing disabled. hit f8 when the sli is highlighted its the same as enter. then pick disable driver signing hit enter.

UPDATE: Out of curiosity i restarted my computer running everything i stated above without disabling driver signing and the result was the drivers were not working. i restarted it again and disabled driver signing like i normally do and they were working again.

Just installed SLI Patch 1.5b + Modded 280.26 drivers. I get flickering in full screen mode, but not windows mode. Any ways to get rid of the flicker?

The modded drivers were suppose to do that for you. Did you run the install command script as admin?
