Ahhh, that's a shame. I've not SLi'd in a while.... Lack of a bridge use to not be an issue.

Works great. Thought my crashing and lagging issues were caused by this SLI thing but it was just me having 4GB RAM, when I upgraded to 8GB all the lagging and crashing issues stopped. So anyone that is having any sort of lagging/crashing issues in BF3, if your running 4GB RAM, there is your problem. Upgrade to 8GB and you will be fine.

Any idea if this works with the GTX 6XX series? I finally made the switch to an Nvidia GTX 670 (usually an ATi guy) and I am thinking of SLIing it in the future but my motherboard, Gigabyte X58 DS4, doesn't support it.

Also, I didn't get it from my research but does this tweak have any performance difference as opposed to a motherboard with native SLI support?

Hey everyone, this epicly long forum about my issue and my new(and first) gaming rig made me decide to join :-)

OK so my set up...
MSI890 GXM G65 motherboard (AKA THE PROBLEM!)
GTX 550 TI SLI bridged
8 gig Vengeance ram

So.... I have downloaded hyper sli from this link (http://www.bios-mods.com/tag/drivers-hypersli/)
tried it without copying the 3 additional files to no avail(meaning it didnt appear in Nvidia CP),
copied/replaced with the 3 additional files
restart left me with a terrible looking computer(couldnt even run 1080p like my monitor should) so I updated my version of NVIDIA to the next oldest, 295.73
Restart, comp looks good, hyper sli claims its working and is in my system tray
bring up Nvidia Control Panel, still no option to SLI
Decide to see how BF3 plays,
it gets 15 more FPS than before?!

So it is as though my cards are in SLI now without NVIDIA knowing or acknowledging it.

So my question for you guys, how to I get NVIDIA to accept the truth?? :-P
