http://www.xdevs.com/sli/ModdedForceWare258_96_B2.RAR

1. unpack the archive to some folder (separate from driver installer)
2. install 258.96 forceware
3. reboot
4. run Install.cmd as administrator in windows explorer

If you have build 1 of modded driver installed you should to do 4,5 steps

I need to know everything. Stability, Benchies and so on. Please report.

Sorry to double post...

Sorry not looking good. The Nvidia cp shows two gpu and so does cpuz and msi afterburner, but all my benchmarks and games are only using one gpu. rolling back to 257.21 and the hack.

couldn't uninstall the new hack patch, tried to install the old one and windows kept loading to recovery and it just crashes there. sigh, had to reformat to be go back to old patch and 257.21. Gonna wait until they iron out these kinks. Ran furmark and both gpu(s) are now loading 95%+.

I'm trying to figure out why it's working for the people on the other forum and not us.

Do you have the SLI bridge? because I do not.

I do, but that would not stop either gpu from loading. try furmark or kombuster in multi gpu and open afterburner, see if both gpu are loading.

I had to use the SLI bridge.. Actually games are like 1000x smoother running SLI, they really shred and was surprised at the huge performance boost over a single 460.

If I understand correctly, Anatolymik removed the GPU checks in the driver itself, so the driver doesn't spend all its time querying the ACPI tables. Some people report better performance than legit X58 sli.
