Finally figured why I couldn't get this to work on my 24/7 W7 OS. I forgot to turn off UAC

SLI runs 35% slower with this than a single card before I installed it. Installation was a dream that turned into a nightmare. After using and testing for 2 days system is completely FUBAR Will not boot, cant boot to safe mode, cant boot sli, cant boot w/o sli, MBR missing. cannot repair using win 7 disk. I am unhooking life support as we speak. STAY AWAY FROM THIS THERE IS NO... I REPEAT NO PERFORMANCE GAIN OVER A SINGLE CARD!!!!!! IT IS SIMPLY NOT WORTH THE RISK.

Have you tried using the recovery consule while booted from your install disc?

Try

"bootrec -fixmbr" then enter "y"
"bootrec -fixboot" then enter "y"
Then type "exit" to reboot.

This works when the 'auto' repair' fails most the time. good luck

This give me 11.99 avg FPS in jane nash benchmark(vantage) with a single card and 21.99 avg FPS with SLI
System was a P5Q pro turbo Ppentium E6500 @ 4GHz and SLI 8800gts, test was run at 1920x1080.
Sound more like you had a corrupt hard drive to be honest.
