Thread Starter
I m Running Amd Athlon 2500+ overclocked. And mobo, Lan and wireless mose working . I m using 300 Watts Local Poer Max psu.
But got a Dell 250 Watts the +5 - +12 + - 303 is better from 300 Watts. SO just help me that if i use my older and local one 300 Wats. Or change with a Dell 250 Watts Original.

With overclocking your system, neither option is probably very good. All systems like lots of stable power, but overclocking increases that need greatly. If you're not looking to upgrade, it is usually possible to run two PSUs in the same system, reducing the power demands of each PSU. Check out this FAQ for more info.
